Jakarta, October 2, 2025 – In an effort to strengthen a culture of integrity and establish a company free from bribery practices, IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) held the “Refreshment Awareness Workshop and Internal Auditor Training on SMAP ISO 37001:2016.” This initiative is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering a transparent, accountable, and gratification-free work environment.

The training materials provided in-depth understanding of the international SMAP standard, mechanisms for implementing anti-bribery policies, and effective techniques for conducting internal audits in accordance with ISO 37001:2016.

“Anti-bribery/gratification commitment and SMAP implementation are not just obligations—they are a work culture that must be instilled across all levels of the organization. Through this program, we aim to ensure that every IPC TPK employee understands, implements, and monitors SMAP consistently,” said Agus Fazri, Head of Legal and Internal Compliance Bureau at IPC TPK.

The training was attended by 42 participants from IPC TPK’s BOD-1 and BOD-2 levels, featuring speakers from PT Surveyor Indonesia, an independent institution experienced in implementing Anti-Bribery Management Systems based on ISO 37001:2016.

Meanwhile, Yuwono, a representative from PT Surveyor Indonesia, expressed appreciation for IPC TPK’s initiative: “This training is not merely about meeting standards—it ensures that IPC TPK’s internal auditors are truly equipped to oversee the implementation of SMAP ISO 37001:2016. This is crucial for effective and transparent bribery risk control throughout IPC TPK’s operations.”

IPC TPK continues to promote the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and prioritize integrity in every operational activity. Through this training, the company aims to strengthen its internal control systems and ensure that all business processes comply with applicable regulations and remain free from conflicts of interest.

This activity also serves as a tangible demonstration of IPC TPK’s commitment to supporting the national anti-corruption program and the government’s efforts to create a healthy, clean, and competitive business environment.
