Multi Nugraha was born in Medan on March 31, 1986, and currently resides in Surabaya, Indonesia. He was appointed as a member of the Audit Committee based on the Decision of the Board of Commissioners of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Number: RK.17/1/VI/IPCTPK-24 dated June 1, 2024, concerning the Appointment of the Chairman and Members of the Audit Committee of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Pembinaan Masyarakat Indonesia and has undergone various non-formal education programs in equipment and mechanics, including the “Introduction to Mechanical and Electrical Systems of RTG Cranes and Operation and Maintenance Training” conducted by Dinson Mechanical and Electrical Operation & Maintenance Training.

He has previously served as Assistant Manager of Engineering and Information Technology at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Sorong (2022), and he currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations and Engineering Transformation at PT Pelindo Terminal.

Ison Hendrasto lahir di Surabaya,14 Juli 1974 dan saat ini berdomisili di Tangerang, Indonesia. Beliau ditunjuk menjadi Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi berdasarkan Keputusan Dewan Komisaris PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Nomor: RK.08/05/III/IPCTPK tanggal 5 Maret 2024 tentang Pergantian Ketua dan Anggota Komite Nominasi dan Remunerasi PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

Ison Hendrasto memiliki latar belakang pendidikan sebagai Sarjana Teknik Sipil dari Universitas Trisakti, Jakarta tahun 1999 dan melanjutkan pendidikan Magister Hukum tahun 2015 di Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. 

Beliau pernah menjabat sebagai Kasi Perencanaan Teknis dan Program Pengerukan dan Reklamasi, Direktorat Kepelabuhan (2013-2015), Kasubdit Penataan Alur dan Perlintasan  Direktorat Kenavigasian (2022-2023), Kepala Knator Ksop Kelas III Kupang (2023),dan Kasubdit Tatanan dan Perencanaan Pengembangan Pelabuhan Direktorat Kepelabuhan (2023-Sekarang).

Sarkani was born in Lamongan on November 13, 1971, and currently resides in Jakarta, Indonesia. He has been appointed as a Risk Management Committee member based on the Decision of the Board of Commissioners of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Number: RK.20/2/V/IPCTPK-23 dated August 1, 2023, regarding the Appointment of the Chairman and Members of the Risk Management Committee of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Port Operations from Barunawati, Surabaya, and has undergone non-formal education in “Delegate & Monitor Your Remote Team Member Effectively (BOD-2) Batch III,” “Customs Clearance Cargo in 2021,” and “Port Education and Training.”

His previous roles include serving as the Marketing & Adm. Manager of Terminal III Branch of Tanjung Priok Port (2014), Manager of Operation Support 3 at PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (2014-2018), Junior Specialist seconded to IPC Terminal Petikemas, and Area Manager at IPC Terminal Petikemas (2018-2023). Currently, he holds the position of a member of the Risk Management Committee at PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.
