ASMAI ISHAK

Asmai Ishak was born in Bangkalan on January 26, 1959, and currently resides in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He serves as a member of the Board of Commissioners of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas, based on the Circular Resolution of the Shareholders Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas, Number HM.03.03/26/7/5/PAPU/DRTU/PLTP-24 and Number SK.03/26/7/1/DIRU/DIRU/PII-24, dated July 26, 2024, regarding the Change of Commissioner Position of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

Asmai Ishak holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Islamic University of Indonesia (UII) obtained in 1984 and pursued his education further with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the School of Management and Marketing, Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia, in 1989. He earned his Ph.D. from the School of Marketing, Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia, in 2002.

His career includes roles such as Dean of the International Program at UII (2011-2014), Commissioner of BPD Bengkulu (2016-2020), Treasurer of the Communication Forum for the Board of Commissioners/Supervisors of BPD for the Western Region (2017-present), and he is currently serving as a member of the Board of Commissioners of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

MUARIP

Muarip was born on July 20, 1970, in Juwana, and currently resides in Jakarta, Indonesia. He has been appointed as the President Commissioner of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas based on the Circular Resolution of the Shareholders Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas, Number HM.03.03/26/7/5/PAPU/DRTU/PLTP-24 and Number SK.03/26/7/1/DIRU/DIRU/PII-24, dated July 26, 2024, regarding the Change of President Commissioner Position of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

He has an educational background in Law, having earned a Bachelor’s degree from the Islamic University in 2001, and later pursued a Master of Business Administration from Kuhne Logistics University, Hamburg, Germany, in 2017.

He has held various positions, including Manager at PT Jakarta International Container Terminal (JICT) (2008-2013), Director of Operations at PT Pendidikan Maritim dan Logistik Indonesia (PMLI) (2013-2015), and Director of Operations and Engineering at PT IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) (2015-2017). He is currently serving as the Director of Operations at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas and has been entrusted as the President Commissioner of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

EKO PUTRO ADIJAYANTO

Eko Putro Adijayanto, lahir di Bandung, 2 Oktober 1966, berdomisili di Jakarta, Indonesia. Beliau menjabat sebagai Anggota Dewan Komisaris PT IPC Terminal Petikemas berdasarkan Keputusan Para Pemegang Saham Di Luar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Nomor HM.03.03/14/4/1/PAPU/DRSK/PLTP-22 dan SK-001/PII-SK.D/IV/2022.

Beliau menyelesaikan program pendidikan Sarjana Ekonomi di Universitas Indonesia, Depok tahun 1991 dan mengikuti ASEAN Global Leadership Program di University of Berkeley, USA tahun 2017. Saat ini Beliau menjabat sebagai Managing Partner PINA Center for Creative Financing, Advisor Manulife Indonesia, dan dipercaya sebagai anggota Dewan Komisaris PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

Sebelumnya, beliau menjabat sebagai Komisaris di berbagai perusahaan sebagai Komisaris PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPC Marine) (2020-2022), Komisaris PT Jasa Peralatan Pelabuhan Indonesia (2020), Komisaris Utama PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (2015-2017), Komisaris Manulife Indonesia (2015-2018), Komisaris Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) (2014-2015), Komisaris PT BNI Tbk (Persero) (2010-2012).

Selain itu, beliau juga pernah menjabat berbagai jabatan sebagai Staf Khusus Menteri Riset dan Teknologi/Kepala Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (2020 – 2021), Staf Khusus Menteri Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Nasional/Kepala Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Nasional (Bappenas) (2016-2019), Staf Khusus Menteri Keuangan (2014-2016), Penasihat Arah Strategis Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) (2009 – 2011), Senior Advisor Wakil Direktur Utama PT Pertamina (Persero) (2009 – 2010), Penasihat di Bank Permata (2006-2008), Corporate Secretary PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk – Senior Vice President (2005 – 2006), Corporate Secretary Bank Permata – General Manager (sebelumnya Bank Universal) PT Bank Permata Tbk (2002 – 2005), Berbagai posisi strategis di Bank Universal di Corporate Planning, Senior Branch Officer, Training and Development, Bankers Development Program PT Bank Universal Tbk (1993 – 2002).

SABRI SAIMAN

Sabri Saiman, born in Banda Aceh on October 18, 1942, is currently residing in Jakarta, Indonesia. He serves as the Commissioner of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas, appointed based on the Circular Decision of Shareholders Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Number: HM.03.03/2/1/2/PAPU/DRTU/PLTP-24 and SK-002/PII-SK.DIR/1/2024 dated January 2, 2024, regarding the Appointment of Commissioners of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

Sabri Saiman holds a Bachelor of Medicine degree from the University of North Sumatra, Medan, in 1968, and pursued a Master’s degree in 1999 at the Jakarta Institute of Management Studies. He underwent the Directorship Program at Pertamina Training & Consulting and has a track record as a member of the PAN Faction in the DPR and a member of Commission V of the Indonesian People’s Consultative Assembly (DPR-RI).

He has previously held positions as the Director of Operations at PT Dutabandar Purnadarma (1987-2004), Commissioner of PT Dutabandar Purnadarma (2009-2011), President Commissioner of PT Lintas Sinegri Andalan (2022-Present), and Commissioner of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (2013-2024). Currently, he serves as the Commissioner of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

Independent Commissioner

HUSNA

Husna was born in Pekanbaru on June 9, 1973, and resides in Depok, West Java. He was appointed as an Independent Commissioner of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas based on the Decision of the Shareholders Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders Number: HM.03.03/21/10/3/PAPU/DRTU/PLTP-24 and SK.03/21/10/1/DIRU/DIRU/PII-24 dated October 21, 2024, regarding the Replacement of the Commissioners of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

He completed his undergraduate degree in Religious Studies at the State Islamic Institute of Syarif Qasim Pekanbaru, Riau, in 1996, and earned his Master’s in Religious Studies in 2003. Currently, he is pursuing a doctoral program at the State University of Jakarta (UNJ).

He has previously served as a Lecturer at the Indonesian College of Economics, Finance, and Banking (STEKPI) from 2005 to 2023 and at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the National University of Jakarta from 2000 to 2021.

Independent Commissioner

CHAERUDIN AFFAN

Chaerudin Affan was born in Jakarta on June 14, 1988, and resides in Tangerang, Banten. He was appointed as an Independent Commissioner of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas based on the Decision of the Shareholders Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders Number: HM.03.03/21/10/3/PAPU/DRTU/PLTP-24 and SK.03/21/10/1/DIRU/DIRU/PII-24 dated October 21, 2024, regarding the Replacement of Commissioners of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

Chaerudin Affan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Jenderal Soedirman University, Central Java, obtained in 2011, and completed his Master’s in Social Welfare in 2017 at the University of Indonesia. He has served as an Expert Council member in various studies at the National Defense Council of the Republic of Indonesia (2020-2023).

Previously, he held the position of Director at the Youth Studies Center, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia (PUSKAMUDA FISIP UI) from 2020 to 2022, served as Community Empowerment Manager at the Study Center from 2014 to 2017, and was a Supervisory Board Member in the Organizational Division of the UNSOED Campus Cooperative from 2011 to 2012.
