MUARIP

Muarip was born on July 20, 1970, in Juwana, and now he is residing in Jakarta, Indonesia. He was appointed as President Commissioner of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas according to the Circular Decision of the Shareholders Outside the GMS of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Number KP.03/13/5/3/MTA/UT/PI.II-20 and Number SK-002/PII/D1/V/2020, May 13, 2020, regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of the President Commissioner of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

He has an educational background as a Bachelor of Laws from the Islamic University in 2001, then continued his education at Kuhne Logistics University Hamburg Germany in 2017 as a Master of Business Administration.

He served as Manager of PT Jakarta International Container Terminal (JICT) in 2008-2013, Director of Operations at PT Pendidikan Maritim dan Logistik Indonesia (PMLI) in 2013-2015, and Director of Operations and Engineering at PT IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) in 2015- 2017. Currently, he is the Operation Director of PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas and is trusted as the President Commissioner of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

ASMAI ISHAK

Asmai Ishak, born on January 26, 1959, in Bangkalan, and now domiciled in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He serves as the Board of Commissioners of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas according to the Circular Decision of the Shareholders outside the GMS of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Number KP.03/14/7/2/MTA/UT/PI.II-2020 and Number SK.003/PII-SK.07/VII/2020, July 14, 2020, regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Commissioner of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

Asmai Ishak graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Economics at the Islamic University of Indonesia in 1984 and continued his education to earn a master’s degree in Business Administration at the School of Management and Marketing, Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia in 1989, then earned a Ph.D. from the School of Marketing, Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia in 2002.

Prior to his career as the Board of Commissioners of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas, he served as the Dean of International Program UII (2011-2014), the Commissioner of BPD Bengkulu (2016-2020), Treasurer of the Communication Forum for the Board of Commissioners/Supervision of the West BPD Region (2017-present).

BAHTIAR BAHARUDDIN

Bahtiar Baharuddin was born on January 16, 1973 in Bone, domiciled in Jakarta, Indonesia. Appointed as Commissioner of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas based on Circular Decision of the Shareholders outside the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Number KP.03/30/9/2/MTA/UT/PI.II.21 and Number SK-014/PII -SK.01/IX-2021 dated September 30, 2021 regarding the Dismissal and Appointment of the Commissioner of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government Science at the Institute of Government Science in 2000, then continued his Masters in Government Science at Padjadjaran University in 2008, and subsequently earned a Doctorate in Government Science from Padjadjaran University in 2013.

His career journey started from the Ministry of Home Affairs so that he has served as Director of Domestic Politics at the Directorate General of Politics and General Government (2016-2018), Head of Information Center at the Secretariat General (2018-present) and Acting Director General of Politics and General Government ( 2019-2020). Currently he serves as Director General of Politics and General Affairs and is trusted as Commissioner of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

EKO PUTRO ADIJAYANTO

Eko Putro Adijayanto, lahir di Bandung, 2 Oktober 1966, berdomisili di Jakarta, Indonesia. Beliau menjabat sebagai Anggota Dewan Komisaris PT IPC Terminal Petikemas berdasarkan Keputusan Para Pemegang Saham Di Luar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Nomor HM.03.03/14/4/1/PAPU/DRSK/PLTP-22 dan SK-001/PII-SK.D/IV/2022.

Beliau menyelesaikan program pendidikan Sarjana Ekonomi di Universitas Indonesia, Depok tahun 1991 dan mengikuti ASEAN Global Leadership Program di University of Berkeley, USA tahun 2017. Saat ini Beliau menjabat sebagai Managing Partner PINA Center for Creative Financing, Advisor Manulife Indonesia, dan dipercaya sebagai anggota Dewan Komisaris PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

Sebelumnya, beliau menjabat sebagai Komisaris di berbagai perusahaan sebagai Komisaris PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPC Marine) (2020-2022), Komisaris PT Jasa Peralatan Pelabuhan Indonesia (2020), Komisaris Utama PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) (2015-2017), Komisaris Manulife Indonesia (2015-2018), Komisaris Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) (2014-2015), Komisaris PT BNI Tbk (Persero) (2010-2012).

Selain itu, beliau juga pernah menjabat berbagai jabatan sebagai Staf Khusus Menteri Riset dan Teknologi/Kepala Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (2020 – 2021), Staf Khusus Menteri Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Nasional/Kepala Badan Perencanaan dan Pembangunan Nasional (Bappenas) (2016-2019), Staf Khusus Menteri Keuangan (2014-2016), Penasihat Arah Strategis Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) (2009 – 2011), Senior Advisor Wakil Direktur Utama PT Pertamina (Persero) (2009 – 2010), Penasihat di Bank Permata (2006-2008), Corporate Secretary PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk – Senior Vice President (2005 – 2006), Corporate Secretary Bank Permata – General Manager (sebelumnya Bank Universal) PT Bank Permata Tbk (2002 – 2005), Berbagai posisi strategis di Bank Universal di Corporate Planning, Senior Branch Officer, Training and Development, Bankers Development Program PT Bank Universal Tbk (1993 – 2002).

KIKI RIZKI YOCTAVIAN

Kiki Rizki Yoctavian, S.E., born in Palembang, October 24, 1977. He serves as a Member of the Board of Commissioners of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas based on the Decision of the Shareholders Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Number HM.03.03/16/8/1/ PAPU/DRSK/PLTP-22 and SK-002/PII-SK.D/VIII/2022.

He is a graduate of the Bachelor of Economics from the APRIN College of Economics in Palembang, South Sumatra. He won an award as Young Leaders Pride of South Sumatra in 2017 from Lintas Politics and Young People Promoting Democracy in 2017 from the Dusun Democracy Community.

Previously, he served in various companies including as Corporate Secretary at PT Adicha Putri (2010), Director of the South Sumatra Regional Development Consultation Institute (2009-2015), Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) (2020), Chairman Risk Management Committee of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk (2016-2020), Commissioner of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk (2015-2020), and is currently trusted as a member of the Board of Commissioners of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.
