The company realizes that in establishing working relationships with third parties, both stakeholders and vendors, it often intersects with gratification practices. Therefore it is necessary to make a guide to control the practice. The guidelines are made so that all IPC Terminal Petikemas personnel have the same understanding of gratification treatment and to help IPC Terminal Petikemas personnel not to become entangled in gratification practices.
It is hoped that these gratification guidelines will strengthen corporate GCG enforcement and become a reference for all IPC Terminal Petikemas personnel in responding to gratification when dealing with third parties. This guideline is one of a series of corporate GCG enforcement documents and the content in this guideline is in line with the GCG guidelines, the code of conduct, as well as the working procedures of BOD and BOC of IPC Terminal Petikemas.
