The functions of the Corporate Secretary are as follows:
- Ensuring that the company complies with the regulations regarding disclosure requirements and the company is in line with the implementation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance.
- Providing information needed by the BOD and the BOC periodically and/or at any time when requested.
- Acting as a liaison officer.
- Administering and maintaining company documents, including but not limited to the list of the shareholders, the special lists and the minutes of meetings BOD, BOC meetings, and the GMS.
