Corporate Secretary

Corporate Secretary is a corporate governance organ that has a role to assist the Board of Directors (BOD) in implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The Corporate Secretary is appointed and dismissed by the president director based on an internal company mechanism with the approval of the Board of Commissioners (BOC) and is directly responsible to the president director.
THE FUNCTIONS OF CORPORATE SECRETARY

The functions of the Corporate Secretary are as follows:

  • Ensuring that the company complies with the regulations regarding disclosure requirements and the company is in line with the implementation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance.
  • Providing information needed by the BOD and the BOC periodically and/or at any time when requested.
  • Acting as a liaison officer.
  • Administering and maintaining company documents, including but not limited to the list of the shareholders, the special lists and the minutes of meetings BOD, BOC meetings, and the GMS.
