Jakarta, October 28, 2024 – For the first time, IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) has won the Best IT Performance award at the 2024 IT Forum organized by Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Subholding (SPTP). This event was held to align the 2025 IT work plan and enhance the IT Maturity Level within the PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (SPTP) Group.

Pramesti Wulandary, Corporate Secretary of IPC TPK, stated that the company has conducted a comprehensive integration of systems and information technology across both operational and back-office functions. Reliable information system management is the key to ensuring dependable and optimal container handling services at terminals, as well as smooth administrative operations for the company.

During the 2024 SPTP IT Forum, participants attended workshops aimed at raising awareness, providing training, and obtaining certifications in information technology. The event included all terminals and subsidiaries within the Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Group and was attended by the Technical Director of SPTP, the IT Group Head of SPTP, IT Management from Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, as well as IT Management from subsidiaries and terminals within the SPTP Group.

The award was presented to recognize IPC TPK’s swift response and handling of IT issues across entities, proactive suggestions for system improvements, and significant progress in IT maturity level over the past year. The judging process was conducted by the IT Management team of Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Subholding.
