Jakarta, July 9, 2025 – IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK), part of the Subholding PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, welcomed the visit of the Human Resources & General Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), Dwi Fatan Lilyana. This visit to the IPC TPK Tanjung Priok Area marks the first visit following the announcement of Pelindo’s new Board of Directors.
“The visit began at the Integrated Planning and Control room to observe the planning and control processes of containers at the IPC TPK Tanjung Priok area before and after loading and unloading. The discussion was warm, and we warmly welcome the visit of Pelindo’s HR & General Director,” said Pramestie Wulandary, Corporate Secretary & External Relations of IPC TPK.
In the Integrated Planning & Control Room, the IPC TPK operational team provided a brief explanation of the container terminal business processes, standardization and systemization of Planning & Control, safety control, and human resource development. The IPC TPK operational team added that reliable human resources are needed for the terminal to manage the Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) effectively, impacting the smooth flow of loading and unloading operations across all IPC TPK work areas in Indonesia.
From the Integrated Planning & Control Room, Pelindo’s HR & General Director and the entourage directly observed the container loading and unloading services at the International Terminal Operation 3 area. During the field visit, Pelindo’s HR & General Director greeted female IPC TPK workers on duty in the loading and unloading area.
During this visit, Pelindo’s HR & General Director was accompanied by Budi Prasetio as Acting Executive Director 2 Regional 2 of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), Yandri Tri Saputra as Acting Executive General Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Tanjung Priok, and IPC TPK management.
“The hope is that IPC TPK can continue to make a positive contribution to the Pelindo Group by promoting the development of superior human resources in line with the directions from Pelindo’s HR & General Director,” concluded Pramestie.
