Jakarta, July 10, 2025 – IPC Container Terminal (IPC TPK) once again held the TJSL Blood Donation Program to commemorate the 12th anniversary of IPC Container Terminal. The TJSL Blood Donation Program took place at the Indonesian Maritime Museum Hall, Tanjung Priok Port. Held from 08:30 to 11:30 WIB, the event aimed to collect more than 90 bags of blood to be stored by the DKI Jakarta Blood Transfusion Unit of the Red Cross. This social action has become an annual routine agenda for IPC TPK on its anniversary.

“The momentum of IPC TPK’s 12th anniversary is not only commemorated with a series of internal company agendas, but we also continue to contribute through social actions like blood donation,” said Pramestie Wulandary, Corporate Secretary of IPC TPK.

The event received high enthusiasm from participants, with more than 120 workers from the Pelindo Group at Tanjung Priok Port participating. This blood donation activity successfully collected 91 bags of blood in 4 hours. Also involved in this event were the Acting Executive General Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Tanjung Priok, Yandri Tri Saputra, and the board of directors of IPC TPK.

The Acting Executive General Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Tanjung Priok, Yandri Tri Saputra, appreciated the TJSL Donor Program’s initiative in commemorating IPC TPK’s anniversary. “We wish IPC TPK a happy anniversary, may it always be successful and continue to promote the national maritime ecosystem,” he added.

According to the official website https://pmidkijakarta.or.id/, as of July 10, 2025, the blood stock was 34,647 bags. Although this is a safe amount to meet hospital needs, the demand for blood is dynamic. Furthermore, blood has an expiration date, so adequate stock needs to be continuously maintained.

“The enthusiasm of the donors exceeded our expectations. The target for blood bags for this program has been met. Hopefully, this activity will benefit those in need of blood stock and provide health benefits to the donors,” concluded Pramestie.
