Jakarta, July 15, 2025 – Amidst the festivities of its 12th Anniversary, IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK), a subsidiary of Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, concluded the first semester of 2025 with an increase in loading and unloading performance. The increase was 16.7% compared to the same period in 2024. Operational performance in June 2025 also saw an increase of 10.7% compared to June 2024.

“We will continue to focus on customer satisfaction by providing better services both on the ground and through more optimal systems,” said Pramestie Wulandary, Corporate Secretary & External Relations of IPC TPK.

In the first semester of 2025, operational performance increased significantly. With a growth of 10.7% in June 2025 compared to June 2024, IPC TPK managed to record a performance of 291,465 TEUs. The operational performance realization recorded by IPC TPK throughout the first semester of 2025 reached 1,698,339 TEUs, which is 16.7% higher compared to June 2024, with an operational performance realization of 1,455,298 TEUs.

This increase aligns with the rise in export-import and domestic container flows. The container flow in the Panjang Area increased by 29.1%, influenced by the rise in the export of Lampung’s signature commodities such as coffee beans, fresh bananas, rubber, frozen shrimp, and black pepper. Additionally, the Pontianak Area followed with a 6.5% increase in container flow, driven by the rise in domestic container flow and increased container volume from one of the shipping companies.

“Our hope amidst the 12th anniversary of IPC TPK is that we continue to be trusted to provide services that are highly needed by service users, which will have an impact on reducing national logistics costs,” concluded Pramestie.
