Jakarta, September 3, 2025 – IPC Container Terminal (IPC TPK), a subsidiary of Pelindo Container Terminal, demonstrated its social concern by distributing meal packages to service users, particularly truck drivers, who play an important role every day in ensuring the smooth flow of national logistics. This activity was carried out as a form of IPC TPK’s attention to the current situation in Indonesia, where workers in the transportation and logistics sector face significant challenges in carrying out their duties.
“Truck drivers are the front line in keeping the national supply chain running. Through this meal distribution, we want to share our spirit and provide moral support to those who continue to work hard for the smooth distribution of goods,” said Pramestie Wulandary, Corporate Secretary of IPC TPK.
The meal distribution was carried out directly in the container terminal area and was warmly welcomed by the truck drivers. In addition to easing their burden, this activity is also a manifestation of IPC TPK’s commitment to building good relationships with all service users.
This activity is part of the Pelindo Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program, Pelindo Berbagi Serentak (“Pelindo Shares Simultaneously”), which is conducted simultaneously by the Pelindo Group at ports across Indonesia. IPC TPK distributed hundreds of lunch packages to truck drivers passing through the IPC TPK container terminal area.
In addition to providing direct benefits to the recipients, this activity is also a tangible expression of IPC TPK’s commitment to supporting humanitarian values and sustainability.
“Alhamdulillah, thank you, Sir and Madam. Pelindo is the best,” said one of the truck driver beneficiaries.
Through this sharing activity, IPC TPK hopes to strengthen ties with stakeholders while fostering a spirit of togetherness and encouraging positive energy amid the economic and operational challenges faced together.
“We hope this activity can strengthen the relationship between the company and port stakeholders, as well as foster a spirit of mutual cooperation in the IPC TPK work environment,” Pramestie concluded.
