Jakarta, August 6, 2026 – IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) has once again strengthened its synergy with the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), held at the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office on Thursday, August 6, 2026. The MoU covers assistance in addressing legal matters in the fields of Civil and Administrative Law (DATUN) and serves as an extension of the cooperation that has been established in previous years.

Agus Fazri, Senior Manager of Legal and Procurement at IPC TPK, emphasized the importance of ongoing legal assistance in supporting the company’s operational sustainability.

“Legal assistance for IPC TPK is a crucial preventive risk mitigation measure. It is not only needed when legal issues arise, but also helps ensure that all of IPC TPK’s operational processes, procurement activities, and administrative matters throughout 2026 remain compliant with applicable regulations and uphold the principles of accountability,” said Agus Fazri.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by officials from the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office and the management of IPC TPK. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed directly by Guna Mulyana, President Director of IPC TPK, and Dr. Syahrul Juaksha Subuki, S.H., M.H., Head of the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office, and witnessed by Budi Prasetio, Executive Director 2 of Pelindo. The agreement aims to provide legal assistance and support to ensure that all operational and administrative activities within IPC TPK remain in line with applicable laws and regulations.

“Through the extension of this cooperation in 2026, we hope that the synergy and collaboration between IPC TPK and the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office will become even stronger. This support provides legal certainty for IPC TPK as we continue to improve the performance and operational services of our container terminals,” Agus concluded.
