Customers who already have e-service access users can check the status by entering the container number on the “track and trace” menu and the “container” submenu. Customers who do not have e-service access users can contact the local area via email or telephone. The contact details for each area are on the following link.




The requirements for supporting documents of invoice correction at IPC TPK can be seen in the following link.

 

 

Customers can submit the PPH23 reimbursement in accordance with the following documents and send the documents via email to pph23tpk@gmail.com. The hardcopy files should also be sent to the tax division of IPC at the head office of IPC TPK.
If you want to apply for VAT exemption for stevedoring invoice, please fulfill the following requirements :
  • Already registered as a customer database of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas
  • Included in the 41 countries that provide VAT exemption
  • Making a letter of application for VAT stevedoring exemption from a foreign operator
  • Attaching a Certificate Of Domicile (COD) from the operator’s country
  • Attaching a copy of BUT tax ID number
