Jakarta, November 5, 2025 – IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK), a subsidiary of Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, continues to advance its digital transformation efforts through the implementation of the PARAMA Customer Portal system across all operational areas, including Palembang. This initiative not only aims to improve operational efficiency and customer service quality but also serves as an integral part of the company’s commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.

PARAMA is a single billing system developed to replace the previously used E-Service platform at IPC TPK Palembang. It is designed to provide a unified portal for service users, enabling them to request activities ranging from receiving/delivery to other supporting services online. With PARAMA, IPC TPK hopes to create service processes that are more efficient, transparent, and environmentally friendly.

PARAMA is equipped with various advanced features that simplify user experience, such as container tracking and vessel schedule viewing without login, a multipayment feature that allows up to 25 transactions simultaneously without separate requests, and real-time container movement history. Additionally, PARAMA introduces new menus like “behandle request” and the ability to change the Port of Destination (POD) before gate-in, further enhancing service flexibility and convenience.

Pramestie Wulandary, Corporate Secretary of IPC TPK, stated that PARAMA’s implementation is a strategic step toward sustainable and highly competitive operational governance.
“PARAMA is not just a digital system—it’s part of our commitment to comprehensive ESG-based transformation. Environmentally, it reduces paper usage and physical document mobility. From a governance perspective, PARAMA strengthens transparency, accountability, and service efficiency,” said Pramestie Wulandary.

Previously, IPC TPK Palembang, in collaboration with Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) and Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang, held a Customer Portal (PARAMA) Socialization & Training event on October 29–30, 2025. The event was attended by representatives from Pelindo Regional 2 management, customers, and IPC TPK Palembang’s operational team to provide comprehensive understanding of PARAMA’s features and benefits in supporting port business processes.

By implementing PARAMA across various operational areas, IPC TPK reaffirms its commitment to delivering modern, efficient, and sustainability-oriented container terminal services. This effort also contributes to IPC TPK’s support of the Pelindo Group’s national roadmap for digital transformation and green port operations.

Furthermore, Pramestie added that PARAMA’s implementation also brings positive social impact by enhancing human resource capacity and technological adaptation across all operational lines.
“We want to ensure that all IPC TPK personnel and customers can adapt to the digital system we’ve developed. This is a true embodiment of inclusive and sustainable digital transformation,” she concluded.
