Jakarta, December 6, 2023 – As part of our continuous improvement initiative, IPC Terminal Petikemas/IPC TPK conducted a service evaluation for cargo handling throughout the year 2023 through Customer Survey activities carried out in all terminal areas across six cities. The customer survey is an annual agenda organized by IPC TPK, serving as a platform for discussion to find solutions and drive service optimization based on customer assessments of IPC TPK services, both administratively and operationally.

“We express our appreciation to all customers for the trust placed in IPC TPK. Through this activity, we open ourselves to receive feedback, suggestions, and criticisms from customers as an evaluation to build a better IPC TPK in the future,” said Guna Mulyana, CEO of IPC TPK.

This year’s Customer Survey series took place throughout November 2023. IPC TPK management gathered information, suggestions, and feedback from a total of 219 customers, including Shipping Companies, Logistics Service Providers, and Sea Freight Forwarders (EMKL) from all IPC TPK areas. The Customer Survey assessment was conducted by filling out an evaluation form. In 2022, the IPC TPK Customer Satisfaction Index was 4.75 on the Likert Scale.

Muhammad Lutfi Ansori, a representative from Meratus Line, stated that the service at IPC TPK is very satisfying, highly customer-oriented, with a fast response, and all productivity is well-supported. Lutfi also hopes that IPC TPK can improve services and synergy among stakeholders at Tanjung Priok Port.

As the conclusion of the IPC TPK Customer Survey series, the Tanjung Priok Area event was held at Harris Hotel Kelapa Gading on November 29, 2023, under the theme “Customer Satisfaction is a Journey to Success,” attended by the IPC TPK Board of Directors and Management.

“Hopefully, the measurement of service quality through the customer satisfaction index and other relevant indicators will drive continuous improvement in IPC TPK services. We hope IPC TPK continues to be the preferred choice for customers in providing services,” concluded Guna.
