Jakarta, January 9, 2024 – Commencing the year 2024, PT IPC Terminal Petikemas/IPC TPK has initiated collaboration among port entities. This endeavor aims to enhance performance in delivering services to service users at Talang Duku Port, Jambi. The collaboration is formalized through an agreement on the Use of Assets and Facilities Owned by Pelindo Regional 2 Jambi, utilized by IPC Terminal Petikemas in the Jambi Area. Held at the IPC TPK Headquarters, this agreement was signed by Guna Mulyana, the CEO of IPC TPK, and Ahmad Fahmi, the General Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Jambi.
“This year, our plan is to develop supporting business for container terminal operations. Achieving this requires collaboration among port entities, aligning with the company’s RJPP and our commitment to facilitating services for service users, both operationally and administratively,” stated Guna Mulyana.
The collaboration encompasses the use of Pelindo Regional 2 Jambi’s assets and facilities in terms of building usage and supporting facilities for IPC TPK’s operational activities in the Jambi Area. In the previous year, 2023, IPC TPK also collaborated in operating the Back-Up Area available at Pelindo Regional 2 Jambi, providing additional services to service users before shipping goods via IPC TPK in the Jambi Area.
“Our hope is that through this collaboration, IPC TPK in the Jambi Area can provide more optimal services to service users and drive improvements in operational performance,” concluded Guna.
