Jakarta, March 10, 2023 – PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, as the majority shareholder of IPC Terminal Petikemas/IPC TPK, has made changes to its board of directors by appointing Guna Mulyana as the new President Director. This appointment was made based on the Decision of the Shareholders Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders number HM.03.03/2/3/1/PAPU/DRTU/PLTP-23 and Number: SK-006/PII-SK.DIR/III/2023 dated March 2, 2023, regarding the Change of Board of Directors of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas.

The handover of the position took place on Friday, March 10, 2023, at the IPC TPK headquarters. Opened by the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, this event saw the handover of the President Director position from David Pandapotan Sirait to Guna Mulyana, witnessed by the Board of Commissioners, IPC TPK Management, and IPC TPK Area Managers who participated in the hybrid event.

Guna Mulyana’s appointment as the new President Director of IPC TPK replaces David Pandapotan Sirait, who previously held the position since July 2022. Guna Mulyana began his career at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) in 1993. Prior to being trusted as the President Director of PT IPC Terminal Petikemas, he had served as the Commercial Director of PT New Priok Container Terminal One (2019-2020), General Manager of the Tanjung Priok Port Branch (2020-2021), and Regional Head of Pelindo Regional 2 (2021-2022).

“IPC TPK is very synonymous with Mr. David, it will not be easy to replace him. Insha Allah (God willing), we can achieve the targets that have been conveyed by the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners. We will work together to become even better. Mr. David has left an incredible foundation in IPC TPK, and we can continue to collaborate and complement each other because our main goal is to advance Indonesia’s logistics and economy,” said Guna Mulyana in his speech as the new President Director of IPC TPK.

With this decision, the composition of the IPC Terminal Petikemas Board of Directors is as follows:

  • President Director: Guna Mulyana
  • Director of Operations & Technical: Ahmad Mimbar
  • Director of Finance & HR: Yanuar Evyanto
