Jakarta, 22 September 2025 – IPC Terminal Petikemas, a subsidiary of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo), received an official visit from Morten Kruse, Head of Trade at the Embassy of Denmark, accompanied by Ryuki Ritchie, Trade Associate at the Embassy of Denmark, on Thursday (18/9) at the Integrated Planning and Control Room (IPC TPK), Tanjung Priok.
This visit is part of the Danish Embassy’s efforts to strengthen bilateral relations between Denmark and Indonesia, particularly in the maritime and port sectors. During the meeting, Morten Kruse expressed appreciation for Pelindo’s vital role in enhancing Indonesia’s port infrastructure and maritime connectivity, which are considered crucial for supporting national economic growth and global trade.
Pramestie Wulandary, Corporate Secretary of IPC TPK, also expressed gratitude for the visit. “We warmly welcome the visit from the Danish Embassy. As a subsidiary of Pelindo, IPC TPK is committed to supporting the enhancement of port infrastructure and services. We hope that international cooperation will bring innovation and higher service standards to make Indonesian ports more competitive globally,” she said.
As part of Pelindo’s strategic role, IPC TPK presented its integrated container terminal operations based on planning and control systems. This system is one of IPC TPK’s contributions to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of port operations in Indonesia.
During the meeting, the Danish delegation also expressed interest in exploring potential cooperation in port development and management with Pelindo. Ganesa Rigshady, SVP of Planning and Operational Development at Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, and Pramestie Wulandary, Corporate Secretary of IPC TPK, were present to welcome the Danish Embassy representatives.
IPC TPK views this visit as a step toward expanding international networks and supporting Pelindo in delivering world-class port services. Through open collaboration and dialogue, IPC TPK hopes this initiative will contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of Indonesian ports on the global stage.
