Jakarta, August 8, 2025 – IPC Container Terminal (IPC TPK), a subsidiary of Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, has once again strengthened its synergy with the North Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the North Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office and Pelindo Group, held at Pelindo Tower. This MoU pertains to Assistance in Handling Issues in the Field of Civil and Administrative Law.

“Legal assistance is needed not only when problems arise but also as a form of prevention. As a container terminal operator, IPC TPK strives to comply with all applicable regulations, both in operations and administration,” said Guna Mulyana, President Director of IPC TPK.

The signing of the MoU aims to provide assistance and legal support, ensuring that operational activities within IPC TPK are in line with legislation, particularly in the field of civil and administrative law. This Joint Agreement signing is an extension of the agreement made in 2024, which ends in 2025.

The Head of the North Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office, Dr. Syahrul Juaksha Subuki, S.H., M.H., appreciated IPC TPK’s consistency in fostering synergy with the North Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office. He also added that the North Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office is ready to support IPC TPK by providing the necessary legal assistance and support in conducting transparent and integrity-driven container loading and unloading operations, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The signing was conducted by Guna Mulyana, President Director of IPC TPK, and Dr. Syahrul Juaksha Subuki, S.H., M.H., Head of the North Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office, witnessed by the ranks of the North Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office, subsidiaries of Pelindo Group, and IPC TPK management.

“We hope this agreement encourages synergy and collaboration between the two institutions to provide services in line with applicable laws. May this agreement boost IPC TPK’s confidence in fulfilling its primary role,” concluded Guna.
