Jakarta, October 11, 2023 – Consistency in creating innovations to provide added value to port service users has led IPC Terminal Petikemas / IPC TPK, a subsidiary of Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, to win an award at the Marketeers Editor’s Choice Award 2023. IPC TPK won an award in the OMNI Operations in Maritime Ecosystem of the Year category. The award was received by Dini Endiyani, Senior Manager of Customer Relations of IPC TPK at CGV Cinema Grand Indonesia, Jakarta.

At the same event, in 2021 IPC TPK received a Bronze Medal award in the Subsidiary category: The Most Promising Company in Strategic Marketing. This award is a form of appreciation from MarkPlus, Inc. for brands that have succeeded in creating breakthroughs that are creative, innovative, affordable and have an impact on society. The 2023 Marketeers Editor’s Choice Award event was organized by MarkPlus, Inc. Which is a marketing consulting firm founded in 1990 by Hermawan Kartajaya.
Marketeers Editor’s Choice Award is an award for products in Indonesia that are able to implement creativity and innovation strategies and hold creative marketing campaigns, build innovation, conduct customer engagement, and release products and services that are impactful to a better customer journey. The judging criteria are divided into two, namely general criteria and specific criteria. The general criteria are Creativity, Innovation, Reach and Impact. Special criteria consist of Product, Service, Campaign and Corporate Action / CSR.
This year IPC TPK has won 10 awards at 6 national and international awards in various fields. Marketeers Editor’s Choice Award 2023 became the 11th award throughout 2023 that IPC TPK won. “Hopefully the awards obtained will be a motivation to continue to increase knowledge and creativity to be able to ensure the optimization of service quality for service users,” Guna concluded.
