Jakarta, October 19, 2023 – For the first time IPC Terminal Petikemas/IPC TPK held a Commercial Forum by inviting Terminal Operators, Shipping Line, Cargo Owner and other Business Players to share experiences and insights related to market conditions in the Container shipping industry. The Commercial Forum event entitled ‘How to be a Reliable Business Partner to Win the Market’ was held in order to encourage service excellence for customers, the potential for increased revenue and capture new business opportunities.

“The implementation of this activity is IPC TPK’s effort to sew the red thread between the needs of the owner of the goods, the expectations of the shipping line and the experience of other terminal operators in Indonesia with the ultimate goal of presenting service excellence to IPC TPK service users.” said Guna Mulyana as President Director in his speech.

IPC TPK Commercial Forum was held in the city of Bandung on October 16-17, 2023 attended by Director of Strategy & Commercial Subholding Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Rima Novianti as a representative of shareholders, Commissioners and Directors of IPC TPK and IPC TPK commercial teams from all work areas.
