Jakarta, August 7, 2024 – IPC Terminal Petikemas signed a Joint Agreement with the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office concerning Assistance in Handling Civil and Administrative Legal Issues at the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office, Jalan Enggano, Tanjung Priok. This Joint Agreement aims to provide legal support and guidance to ensure that the operational activities within IPC Terminal Petikemas are conducted in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of civil and administrative law.

“This is an excellent opportunity for IPC TPK. Legal support is essential not only during incidents but also as a preventive measure. As a container terminal operator, IPC TPK strives to adhere to applicable regulations in all its business processes, both operationally and administratively. We hope that this joint agreement will foster synergy and collaboration between the two institutions, enabling us to deliver services in accordance with the law,” said Guna Mulyana, President Director of IPC TPK.

The signing of the Joint Agreement between IPC TPK and the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office is an extension of the previous agreement, which was established in 2022 and concluded in 2024.

“We appreciate IPC TPK’s efforts to build synergy with the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office. In principle, we are ready to support IPC TPK by providing the necessary legal assistance and guidance to ensure transparent and integrity-based container handling operations in accordance with applicable regulations,” said Dandeni Herdiana, S.H., M.H., Head of the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office.

The Joint Agreement was signed by Guna Mulyana, President Director of IPC TPK, and Dandeni Herdiana, S.H., M.H., Head of the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office, witnessed by officials from the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office and IPC TPK management.

“With the signing of this Joint Agreement, we hope that the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office can provide legal certainty and consultation regarding legal issues, particularly in the fields of civil and administrative law. We believe this agreement will strengthen IPC TPK’s confidence in fulfilling its primary role,” Guna concluded.
