Jakarta, February 19th 2021 – in the beginning 2021, 2 (two) junior employees of IPC Container Terminal / IPC TPK, a subsidiary of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) had achieve the awards at the Indonesia Young Business Leaders Award 2021. This event was held in collaboration of PT State Electricity Company (PLN) with SWA Magazine.
Vonny Oktaviana Sari (IPC TPK Senior Manager Business Development) won the 2021 Indonesia Young Business Leaders Award for the Special Award Category and Putra Indra Kusuma (IPC TPK Senior Assistant Manager of Operations Control) won the Indonesia Young Business Leaders Award 2021 for the Function Leader category. The award was achieved after going through a series of competition stages and online judging by a practitioners and academics jury. This competition was attended by hundreds of young professionals from various companies both BUMN and private company.

With the theme Next Generation Leaders for a Great Future Business, the Indonesia Young Business Leaders Award 2021 event was held to give appreciation to the potential young leaders who had proven themselves as young leaders who have good character, competent in their fields and having a leadership spirit that appropiate with the corporate culture.
“It is undisputable that younger generation role is highly essential . As the world has rapidly changing and the global competition in port business becomes more competitive as well. We have to prepare the young leaders in the IPC TPK by creating the Young Leader Development program. With that future expectation, port business can make a large contribute to the national economy. ” Irwan said.
